Due to the nature of our service, Hitchd does not offer refunds for change of heart/mind purchases or any other reason. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason whatsoever.

Hitchd is a one-time payment honeymoon registry service. We do not have an obligation to provide refunds, and we reserve the right to refuse any refund request. By using our service, you agree that you will not dispute any charges made to your credit card for your Hitchd purchase.
If you need to cancel your account, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellation.
By using Hitchd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy. Hitchd reserves the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
Hitchd is a platform that facilitates honeymoon registries and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. It is the sole responsibility of each couple to assess and understand their own taxation responsibilities, including but not limited to any tax implications related to cash gifts received through the platform. Hitchd does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any tax-related information provided on the platform.
Further, Hitchd is not responsible for issuing any tax forms, including but not limited to Form 1099-K, to couples or gift-givers. In the event that Hitchd is required by applicable law to issue a Form 1099-K or other tax form to the couple or gift-givers, Hitchd shall provide such form to the extent required by law. However, Hitchd does not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any tax forms issued, and it is the sole responsibility of the couple to review and verify the accuracy of any tax forms received from Hitchd.
Couples are strongly advised to consult with a qualified tax professional or seek independent legal or financial advice to determine their specific taxation obligations, including reporting and payment of any taxes owed, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Hitchd shall not be liable for any tax liabilities, penalties, or consequences incurred by couples or gift-givers arising from the use of the platform or any cash gifts received through the platform, including but not limited to any failure to report or pay taxes on such gifts.
By using Hitchd, couples and gift-givers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their own taxation responsibilities and that Hitchd shall not have any liability or responsibility in connection therewith.
Hitchd acts solely as a facilitator for couples to create and manage their honeymoon registries. Hitchd does not provide any goods or services, including but not limited to cash gifts, and does not have any control over or responsibility for the actions or omissions of couples or any third-party payment processors, such as Stripe (https://www.stripe.com).
Couples understand and acknowledge that Hitchd is not responsible for any transactions or interactions between couples and gift-givers, including but not limited to the collection, management, or distribution of cash gifts. Hitchd does not assume any liability or responsibility for any disputes, issues, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the platform or any transactions between couples and gift-givers, including but not limited to any tax liabilities, penalties, or consequences.
Couples and gift-givers agree that any disputes, issues, or claims arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to any cash gifts received or tax implications thereof, shall be solely between the parties involved, and Hitchd shall not have any liability or responsibility in connection therewith. Hitchd encourages couples and gift-givers to seek independent legal, financial, or tax advice as needed and to resolve any disputes or issues directly among themselves or with the relevant third-party payment processors.
By using Hitchd, couples and gift-givers acknowledge and agree that Hitchd is not responsible for any actions or omissions of couples, gift-givers, or third-party payment processors, and that Hitchd shall not have any liability or responsibility in connection therewith.
Hitchd does not assume any liability or responsibility for any cash gifts collected by couples through third-party payment methods, including but not limited to PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Revolut, Bitcoin, Wise or other external payment processors. Hitchd is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, and any disputes, issues, or claims arising from or related to the use of third-party payment methods shall be solely between the couples and the relevant payment processors.
Couples using Hitchd to collect cash gifts through third-party payment methods acknowledge and agree that Hitchd does not have control over or responsibility for the transactions, interactions, or outcomes related to such third-party payment methods. Hitchd encourages couples to comply with the terms and conditions, policies, and guidelines of any third-party payment processors they choose to use, and to seek independent legal, financial, or tax advice as needed.
Hitchd shall not have any liability or responsibility for any disputes, issues, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of third-party payment methods by couples, including but not limited to any tax liabilities, penalties, or consequences. Couples and gift-givers agree to resolve any disputes or issues related to third-party payment methods directly with the relevant payment processors, and Hitchd shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of such payment processors.
Please be aware that if, for any reason, your registry becomes unpublished, Hitchd will not be held liable for any loss of contributions or potential donations. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the correct functioning and status of their registry.
Furthermore, Hitchd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of its services, the accuracy or completeness of its content, or the correctness of its users’ actions.
Hitchd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without notice, and shall not be liable for any such changes.
By using Hitchd’s services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hitchd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the services.

In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order, including but not limited to where requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website.
If we reject an order placed through the website, we will endeavor to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
Each order placed for thank you cards through the website that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the products in that order to you in accordance with these Terms of Service.
After ordering online, you will receive a notification of success. Our thank you cards are delivered by USPS within the USA, Royal Mail within the UK, Canada Post within Canada and Australia Post within Australia. We post to European countries from the UK and to Asia Pacific countries from Australia.
The shipping fee for your order are included in the card bundle you purchase, and are part of the card bundle quoted price.
You acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the products is authorised by you to receive your order. If no-one is available to collect your order at the time that is delivered, the delivery service will leave written instructions on how you can collect your order from the nearest post office.
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exhanges for thank you cards.
